SLS/“Rubber-Like”

EXCELLENT ELASTICITY AND FLEXIBILITY.

“Rubber-Like” is a polyether-block-amide (PEBA) rubber-like thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) for laser sintering. Available in hardness grades of 50, 60, 70 or 80 ShA.
The material has a slightly rough surface. Considering its tensile properties, the parts are used as prototypes to substitute for rubber parts.
Parts can be manufactured in black, green, blue, red, yellow or off-white colour.

Properties of laser-sintered parts made from “Rubber-Like”:

  • elasticity and toughness
  • good chemical resistance
  • long-term stability
  • high detail resolution

Physical properties of laser-sintered parts made from “SLS Rubber-Like”:

  • hardness: 50, 60, 70, 80 ShA
  • elongation at break: 50–200 % (Z-axis 50%)
  • density: 0.95 g/cm³
